Protecting your personal data is essential to our work: you entrust us with documents and details so that we can handle your cases. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what your rights are, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679, GDPR) and Greek Law 4624/2019.

We are a private business. We are not a public service and we do not act on behalf of the state.
2. What data we collect
- Through the website contact forms: full name, phone, e-mail, request category and your message. The form for Cypriot citizens additionally asks for a residential address in Cyprus and a Cyprus Tax Identification Code (TIC), because these are required for the corresponding procedures.
- When you contact us by phone, e-mail or social media: the details you yourself give us.
- While handling a case: the documents and details you hand over to us or authorise us to obtain (for example: identity details, supporting documents, authorisations, Taxisnet credentials or authorisations), strictly to the extent required for that specific case.
The website uses no tracking cookies and collects no browsing data for advertising purposes. See theCookies Policy.
3. Why we process it (legal bases)
- Performance of an instruction / contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR): to handle the case you assign to us, or to answer a request of yours before any such assignment.
- Consent (Article 6(1)(a)): when you submit a form on the website. You may withdraw it at any time.
- Legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)): tax and accounting legislation.
4. Who it is transmitted to
- To public bodies, only on your instruction and for the handling of your case: for example EFKA (social security), DYPA (employment service), AADE (tax authority), OPEKA (welfare benefits agency), courts, KEPA (disability assessment), municipalities and other services.
- To the website's technical providers: the website hosting provider, and the form message delivery service (form details are transmitted to our e-mail through a technical provider). The map is loaded from Google only if you choose to display it (see the Cookies Policy).
We do not sell or hand over personal data to third parties for advertising purposes.
5. How long it is kept
- Case documents are kept for as long as is required in order to handle the case. Once it is complete, originals are returned and copies that are no longer needed are destroyed securely.
- Details relating to tax or other legal obligations are kept for as long as the applicable legislation requires.
- Credentials and authorisations (for example Taxisnet) are used solely for the act for which they were given and are not stored after it is complete.
- Messages from the contact forms are kept for as long as is needed to serve the request.
6. Security
The website operates exclusively over an encrypted connection (SSL/TLS). Case documents are held with restricted access and no unnecessary copies are made.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data and be informed about how it is processed,
- have inaccurate data corrected,
- have data erased, where no legal retention obligation applies,
- restrict processing and to object to it,
- data portability for the data you have provided to us,
- withdraw your consent at any time.
To exercise your rights, contact us at the details in §1. We reply within one month at the latest. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr, 1-3 Kifisias Avenue, 115 23 Athens).
