Pensions

We handle your pension application from start to finish: eligibility check, submission, and file follow-up.

The pension application is one of the most demanding bureaucratic processes in Greece: insurance stamps scattered across different funds, successive insurance, notional years, employment certificates, and an online platform (e-EFKA) that does not forgive mistakes. One missing document or one wrong entry can cost months of delay.

At Private KEP e-support we take over the entire process for you, from the first eligibility check to the final decision, in person in Ioannina and remotely throughout Greece.

What we handle

  • Pension eligibility check before anything is submitted: years of insurance, age thresholds, successive insurance, and options for recognizing notional years.
  • Gathering and verifying your insurance record: stamps, employment certificates, and insurance history from all of your funds.
  • Pension application on e-EFKA, for both main and supplementary pensions.
  • Transfer of a pension after a death in the family and disability pension applications, coordinated with the KEPA disability-certification process where required.
  • File follow-up after submission, responding immediately to anything the authority requests and keeping you informed at every stage.

How working with us goes

  1. You contact us in person in Ioannina, by phone, or through the contact form.
  2. We review your case: we look at your insurance history and tell you plainly whether and when you qualify, and which documents are needed.
  3. We submit the application electronically on e-EFKA, complete and correct the first time.
  4. We track the file until the decision and update you at every development, so you never have to chase the authorities yourself.

What you will need

Typically: ID, AMKA (social security number), AFM (tax number), TAXISnet credentials (or an authorization), insurance stamps and employment certificates. Every case differs, so at the first appointment we give you a precise list of what applies to you, and we retrieve electronically whatever documents can be retrieved.

When it is done

Submission happens as soon as the file is complete, usually within a few working days of having all documents. The decision timeline depends on e-EFKA and varies case by case. Our job is to make sure the file is never delayed by something we could have prevented, and that you always know exactly where your application stands.

We are a private service business, not a public authority, and that means one thing for you: your case has a person who follows it, answers you, and is accountable for its progress.

Frequently asked questions

Can you check whether I qualify for a pension before I apply?

Yes, and it is the first thing we do. Before anything is submitted, we review your insurance history: years of insurance, stamps across different funds, successive insurance, notional years, and age thresholds. That way you know in advance whether you qualify or what you are missing, instead of finding out from a rejection decision months later.

I have insurance stamps in more than one fund. Do you handle that?

Yes. Successive insurance (for example IKA, OAEE/TEVE, OGA, public sector) is one of the most common cases we process. We gather and verify your insurance time from every fund and record it correctly in the application, so that no insurance time is lost.

How long will I wait for my pension to be issued?

The decision timeline depends on e-EFKA (the social security authority) and varies case by case, so we do not promise deadlines we do not control. What we do control is the file: it goes in complete and correct the first time, we track its progress, and we respond immediately to any follow-up requests, so that not a single day is lost on our side.
